Trust

What we can touch, what we can't, and what we don't have yet

Plain language first. This is the detail behind the trust panel on the overview: how access works, where your data lives, what we log, what we delete, and the compliance status we actually hold today.

Access
Read-only, through accounts you create and revoke
Your data
Stays in your cloud or region, or a dedicated tenant
Queries
Every one logged, and the log is yours
At the end
Our copies deleted, with a certificate
Certifications
None today

Access model

We read named tables in the systems agreed on day 0, through read-only service accounts that your IT team creates and can revoke at any time.

  • The accounts have no write grants, so nothing can be written back into your systems.
  • Scope is the table list in the access register. We can't see tables outside it.

How you can checkYour IT team creates the accounts, and the access register lists every account and table.

Where data lives

Your data stays in your cloud or region, or in a dedicated tenant. Which of these applies is agreed in writing on day 0.

How you can checkThe data-flow diagram at the end of this page shows every place your data goes.

Query logging

Every query is logged from the first one, and the log is yours.

How you can checkThe log is part of every readout. Ask for it any day.

Deletion

At the end of the engagement, or whenever you stop, we delete our copies of your data and send you a deletion certificate.

How you can checkYou get the certificate on day 30, or on the day you stop.

Compliance status

We only claim certifications we hold. Today that's none: we don't hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001.

How you can checkAsk for the certificate behind anything listed here. If it isn't listed, we don't hold it.

Subprocessors

This list names every company that processes your data on our behalf, including the AI model provider and its data-retention terms.

Documents

DPA and NDA on request.

Ask for either when you start a Challenge.

Data flow

Data moves one way. Answers come back to people, never into your systems.

How data moves Data moves one way: from your systems, through a read-only connector, into an analysis workspace in your cloud or region, and out as answers, memos and the query log. The path back into your systems is crossed out: nothing is written back.
